From order entry to completion of the title policy, clients will have access to their files, all of the documents, and all of the communication on the file.

Encompass Integration

Alliance First is fully integrated with EllieMae’s Encompass loan origination software. Approximately 35% of mortgage applications in the U.S. are processed through EllieMae. The Alliance First/EllieMae integration enables Encompass users to order title with Alliance First directly within the software. Users can also import Alliance First’s title costs as simply as just a few clicks.
